He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Judy Williams and was a proud father to his son, Denver Williams and his wife, Dana and his daughter, Natasha Horn and her husband, Josh. His sisters, Becky Wilcox of Minnesota and Della Williams. He cherished his role as a Paw Paw to Corbin, Colton, and Owen who brought immense laughter and joy to his life.
He made a career working as an herbicide technician for Jefferson County for more than two decades. Beyond his professional endeavors, he had many interests in life. Growing up he was known as “Cheeser” by his friends. He enjoyed fishing, boating and was skilled at “working the birds” out in Sabine Lake when fishing. When he was out on the hydro slide, he could do a lot of tricks, and it was fun to watch as he jumped wakes and did 360 spins. He loved golfing with his friends and buying and selling all kinds of cars, trucks, and boats. In his younger years, he was a Corvette and Harley Davidson collector. He was an avid sports fan for the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros. The time spent with his pet dogs, Rocky and Faith, and pet cats, Oreo and Girl, provided companionship and joy. He had a passion for listening to music and attending concerts. Terry was a faithful Christian who spent many years attending Magnolia Assembly of God.
