"Terry Lee Wolfe, a cherished son of the Port Arthur/Port Acres area, Texas, was born on December 11, 1952, and peacefully departed this life on March 21, 2026, in Humble, Texas. A man recognized for his unwavering kindness, generosity, and a passion for traveling around the globe, Terry’s presence was a source of warmth and joy to all who knew him.

Terry devoted forty full years of diligent service to Texaco (and later Huntsman), where he earned the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike. His dedication to his career was matched by his personal passions, including his shared love of antiques with his mother Ruby, and his deep appreciation for mid-century modern architecture and art.

Among his last and most treasured pursuits was painting rocks—a hobby that grew into the beloved creation known as “The Wolfe Rocks,” which his friends have shared all around the world. This artistic pursuit brought him much happiness and became a hallmark of his independent and creative spirit. Fondly remembered for his laughter, Terry’s wit, intelligence, and lighthearted spirit brightened countless moments. Those who knew him often speak of his joyful nature and the kindness that defined his character.

Born into the family of Alfred (“Mr. Cotton”) and Ruby Wolfe, Terry was predeceased by his devoted parents and his brother, Jerry Glenn Wolfe. While they are no longer with us, their memory lives on through Terry’s life and legacy. Terry’s surviving family and friends include his loving nieces, Jeri Wolfe and Teri Wolfe, his cousin Nella and Matt Tompkins, his dear friends Jeferson, Juan, and Ruth and many others whom Terry lovingly described as his “family of friends.” These cherished relationships endured through the years and provided comfort and companionship throughout his life.

As we reflect on Terry Wolfe’s life, we remember a man whose heart and empathy were as vast as his love for antiques and ancestry, whose generosity knew no bounds, and whose laughter brightened every room. May his memory be eternal, and may those who loved him find solace in the enduring legacy he leaves behind."
