Tess Elizabeth Virk (Fearnley), 35, recently of Plymouth, MA, formerly of Hyannis, MA, transitioned from this life after a tragic accident on June 19th, 2025 in Plymouth, MA.
Tess was born in Hyannis to Betsey Milmore (Burrell) and Andrew Charles Fearnley on February 24, 1990. She attended and graduated from Cape Cod Regional Technical School in Harwich having studied Early Childhood Development and Information Technology. She went on to earn several vocational certificates in the medical field including one for phlebotomy and for a certified nursing aide. She was most recently working for the Registry of Motor Vehicles in South Yarmouth and had just passed the state civil service exam to expand her career options.
Tess was a loving daughter, sister, wife, niece and friend. She had a big, generous heart, passionate feelings and a desire to help anyone and everyone she could; she held no hate in her. She sparkled like the shiny things she loved to wear. She had a fondness for all animals, but especially dogs. She loved Cape Cod beach walks, roses, strong coffee, bougie bags, pumpkin spice, and Halloween - really all things Autumn. She had a quirky and spicy sense of humor with an infectious laugh. She loved to travel and her innocent heart especially loved the wonder and magic that Disney represents.
Tess is survived by her loving husband Prabhtejpal Virk of Plymouth. She is also survived by her mother Betsey Milmore and husband Richard; her sister Lileana Aurora Sethares and partner Bentley Meyer; her stepfather Stephen Sethares; her aunt and uncle Bettina and Lawrence Brown; uncle Brent Burrell and wife Cheryl; cousins Amber, Julie-Marie, Lewis, Elliot, Gretchen, Alicia, Alethia and Athena, and many friends. She loved them all.
Her unexpected passing has left us all heartbroken. May her transition into spirit be a continuation and expansion of her light and love.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th at Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, Kingston, MA from 1-3:30 followed directly by a memorial service at the funeral home at 3:30 where we invite family and friends to share memories.
Donations in her memory may be made to Friends of the Plymouth Pound - https://www.friendsplymouthpound.org/.
