Lincoln -- With his family by his side and his heart full of faith, Thai (Nam) Minh Pham, 54, of Old Louisquisset Pike, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 5, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Anh Tran, to whom he had been married for twenty-eight years. Born in Vietnam, son of Pham Thi Tram and Pham Van Quan, he settled in the United States in 1992, residing in California, Boston and Woonsocket before moving to Lincoln. He was known for his joyful spirit, kind heart, and ability to bring laughter to everyone around him.
Thai had a passion for cooking and often delighted his family with his culinary creations. He loved to watch football, especially cheering for the New England Patriots, and enjoyed soccer as well. He found joy in fishing and gardening, sharing many memorable moments in nature. Thai was known for his ability to make those around him laugh, often drawing smiles with his jokes and playful spirit. He had an impeccable sense of style and took pride in always looking his best. A devout Catholic, he was a choir member of the C ng oàn Thánh Giuse at Saint Anthony Church in Woonsocket.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his children, Anhnhi Pham and Michael Pham of Lincoln; four sisters, Huong Pham and Lan Pham, both of California, Thuong Pham of Minnesota, Xuan Pham of Vietnam and his brother Thanh Pham of Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings: Minh Pham and Nhan Pham.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 12 Noon in Saint Anthony Church, 126 Greene Street, Woonsocket. Cremation will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
