Than came to the USA as a child and was raised in Wichita, Kansas. He later finished high school in Rhode Island. Than loved to travel, especially to California and Florida. He especially enjoyed spending time with his mom and talking with family.
He is survived by his daughter, Kandra Som of Rhode Island; brothers Thoun and Tha Som, both of Rhode Island, and his sister Rina Som of Lowell, MA.
Thans visitiation will be held from 1:30-2:30PM on Friday, January 3, 2025 at DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX STREET, NORTH CHELMSFORD, MA followed by a precession to Trairatanaram Temple 21 Quigley Ave, North Chelmsford, MA 01863. Funeral Saturday, January 4, 2024 starting at 7:30AM followed by a precession to Merrimack Cremation Service 10 Henry Clay Dr. Merrimack, NH 03054. ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME (978)-251-4041.
