Thelma Rusk Obituary

She was born February 25, 1927, in Ross County, Ohio to the late Harold and Myrl (Blue) Wolford. On November 25, 1944 she married Robert Rusk, who preceded her in death on January 11, 2012.
Surviving are a niece, Sharon (Charles) Rusk, of Chillicothe; nephews, Larry (Jackie) Johnson, of Columbus and James Gilbert, FL; many great nieces and nephews; special friends, Harvey Bales and Robbie Leffler and her beloved dog, Mollie. She was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Johnson and Margie Bethel and brothers in law, Milton Johnson and Ronald Bethel.
Thelma loved to bake cookies and give them away. She also enjoyed humming birds and flowers.
The family would like to thank NCR Hospice for their wonderful care of Thelma.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2023 in St. Margaret Cemetery with Pastor Therese Lehman officiating. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11-1 on Saturday.
