Theodore F. Kandler, affectionately known as "Ted," passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on November 11, 1940, in Spring City, Pennsylvania, Ted was the beloved son of the late John and Avis (Setzler) Kandler. A lifelong resident of the Spring-Ford area, he was a proud graduate of Spring-Ford High School, where he played on the baseball team and began his lifelong love of the sport.

Ted was a devoted member of Trinity Lighthouse Church, where his faith was a guiding light throughout his life. Known for his warm spirit and quiet wit, he enjoyed the simple pleasures of life-spending his days completing puzzles weekly, playing bocce ball and shuffleboard at the William Penn Community, and cheering on his favorite baseball teams. He also had an adventurous side, traveling extensively with fond memories of multiple trips to both Switzerland and Alaska.

Above all, Ted loved his family deeply. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Cheryl Stauffer; his loving grandchildren Amanda Stauffer, Kelly Trythall, and James Trythall; and his treasured great-grandchildren Finnley, Alexandrea, and Sadie. He was predeceased by his siblings, John "Jack" Kandler and Judy Duffy, along with his parents.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Trinity Lighthouse Church, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM to celebrate Ted's life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Trinity Lighthouse Church in Ted's honor.
