MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Movement City Church.
Theresa was born Sunday May 4, 1952 to the late Raymond and Helen Bull in Columbus, Ohio. Theresa loved attending her grandchildren's activities and baking cookies with them. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be missed.
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 44 years, Gary Collinsworth; brothers, Ralph, Richard, Raymond and Patrick Bull; and son, Nathan Collinsworth.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Gary Collinsworth and wife, Misty, Jonathan Collinsworth and wife, Christi, Stephen Collinsworth and James Collinsworth and wife, Melanie; daughters, Michelle Diaz and husband, Carlos and Elizabeth Blandon and husband, Freddy; grandchildren, Nikki, Christian, Meredith, Marion, Nathan, Malcolm, Travis, Holland, Hailey, Allyson, Carlos, Zachary, Xavier, Hollie, Addison, Desiree, Weston and Amelia; great grandchildren, Auburn, Cash, Motley, Jeremiah, River and Ava May; and numerous friends.
