Theresa E. (Faulk) Davis, 77, of Fairmount, died Friday, September 12, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Theresa was born in Elwood, Indiana, daughter of the late Charles J. and Virgnia (Heater) Faulk. She graduated from Fairmount High School in 1965.
Theresa is survived by two sons, Cecil O. Davis and Jud A. Davis; four grandchildren Nicholas, Rebecca, Chandler and Cassidy; two great-grandchilden; and sisters Tammara Layman and Leah (Michael) Jones, along with several nieces and nephews.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Virginia; sisters Nova and Lometta Faulk, and brother-in-law, James Layman.
There will be a visitation at the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Life Celebration Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 South Main Street, on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m., where friends and family can gather to share stories of Theresa's life.
