She passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, in White Hall.
Mrs. Failla was born February 23, 1932, in Pine Bluff, daughter of James Baker Goodman and Anna I. Maloney Goodman.
She was reared and received her early education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School.
Mrs. Failla was a devout member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she was also a member of the St. Joseph Altar Society and Catholic Daughters of America.
Theresa and her husband, Charles J. Failla, started Failla Janitor and Housecleaning Service in 1963. They built their business with high standards and by training thousands of people how to show up on time and work. She had a way of winning over customers with her smile and quick wit while making sure all needs were met with the highest standards.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Charles Joseph Failla, Jr.; sister, Anna Marie Hardy; and brother, James Baker Goodman, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Julie Ann Cracchiolo (Mike) of St. Louis, Missouri; son, Charles J. "Cooter" Failla, III (Kaye) of Pine Bluff; brother, B.J. Goodman of Pine Bluff; two grandchildren, Joseph Failla, IV and Ashley Jacobs (Derrick); and two great-grandchildren, Emberly and Conner Jacobs.
A Vigil Service will be 5:00 p.m., Thursday, October 30, 2025, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son with Deacon Noel "Bud" Bryant officiating followed by visitation at Robinson's. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 31, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joseph Marconi and Deacon Noel "Bud" Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors.

Mrs Failla and her crew came to our house to as she would say "get it ready for Mother coming to visit", many times. She was funny and hard working and a pleasure to be around. Rest easy Mrs Failla.

I had the pleasure of helping Mrs. Failla for the past few years at Blossoms of Whitehall nursing home. She was always smiling and happy to see me. We would talk and she would offer me snacks and water and tell me I could take a break in her room if I wanted to. She had the greatest sense of humor and could curse like a sailor. She was so nice, sweet and funny, with a good spirit. I'm really gonna miss her. I hope to see her again one day on the other side. Rest in peace my friend, you deserve it.
