Theresa Marie "Terry" Todorovich, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2025, at the age of 88, in Edmond, Oklahoma. Born on April 3, 1936, in Blue Earth, Minnesota, Terry's life was a tapestry of dedication, compassion, and unwavering love for her family and friends.
Terry's journey began as the daughter of a close-knit family of 13 in Blue Earth, MN to parents John and Margaret (Schell) Steinbach. She pursued her passion for helping others by becoming a Registered Nurse, graduating from St. Mary's School of Nursing in Duluth, Minnesota. Shortly after graduation, in 1959, she married George Todorovich her husband of 56 years who preceded her in death 9 years ago.
Soon after marriage George and Terry relocated to Oklahoma City where they raised their three daughters Lori, Susan and Caryn.
For over 40 years, Terry worked alongside Dr. RC Brown at the Internal Medicine Group, where her professionalism and empathy became the cornerstone of her remarkable career.
Terry found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid reader, a wonderful cook, Bridge Club member and most of all, she cherished being surrounded by her family and friends. Many families from Duluth relocated to OKC with Western Electric. George and Terry were longtime active members and hosts of the "Duluth Club" which provided years of fun and friendship.
Her life was shared with her beloved husband, George Todorovich, who predeceased her, as did their daughter, Caryn, her parents and 10 siblings. Terry's legacy continues through her devoted daughters, Lori and her husband, Shawn Reed of Denver CO and Susan and her husband, Steve Carter of Edmond OK. She was the proud grandmother of Kyle (Jen) and Konner Reed, Lauren, Brendon, and Jackson Carter, and the great-grandmother of Tenley Reed. Each of them carries a piece of Terry's kind spirit and loving heart.
Terry's Catholic faith was the foundation of her existence, guiding her through life's challenges and triumphs. She lived her faith every day, demonstrating through her actions the depth of her belief and the strength of her spirit. The family would like to extend a personal thank you to Father Rick Stansberry whose guidance, counsel and friendship through many ups and downs meant the world to Terry.
As we say goodbye to Terry, we celebrate a life beautifully lived. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories shared by those who loved her and in the quiet moments when we feel her presence in the love that continues to bind us together.
Terry's life will be honored in a Memorial Mass at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Oklahoma City on March 31st 2025 at 1pm. Where her family and close friends will gather to share memories and pay tribute to her life.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations in Terry's name be made to The Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Oklahoma City.

I worked for Terry right before she "retired" from IMG. She was like a mother to me. I´d see her and George at the mall, and dined at their home a couple of times after George had his stroke. She was a wonderful person and will always hold a special place in my heart.
Bless your family as you cherish the wonderful memories you have of her.
