Of Orchard Park, NY, September 13, 2022. Beloved husband of Julie A. (Weigand) Barniak; loving father of Laura L. (Brian) Partridge, Todd T. (Pamela Arena), Nicole M., Molly M. Barniak and the late Lisa Barniak Andrews; loving grandfather of Andrew, Ryan, Kathryn, Claire, Tyler, Brandon, Rebecca, Joshua, Elizabeth and also "Davey"; former father-in-law of Kim Mills; brother of Connie (Thomas) Fischer, Dennis (Kathie) Barniak and Paul (Pat) Barniak. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11:30 AM in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park, NY. Friends invited. On behalf of the whole family I think we all can say he was an amazing grandfather, husband, father, brother, cousin, and loved one. I also can say on behalf of our family that he was genuine in every way he made us laugh through thick and thin no matter what. He was the tape to our paper. The beams to our bridge. He held us together and never let anyone down. His laugh and smile was one of the best parts of my day when we saw him and I think everyone can say that. He was not only comforting but pure he joked a lot but when it came to being serious he was honest and humble. He has a very special and sincere place in our hearts. God bless his soul and may he Rest In Peace.

Never once was there a time, that Tom was in my presence that he did not make me laugh. He always cared about what was going on in life. He was authentic. He was faith filled. He was smart- yet wise. They don´t always go together. He was into tradition and taught it. He was rare.
What a gift it was to have Tom cross our path. What a gift he gave us in his 5 kids. What a gift he showed us in his love for Julie.
I´m so grateful for him, and will miss him. I´m so sorry for the loss you feel
