Thomas Bennett Obituary
Tommy was a "service brat" and by the age of 13, he had lived in Tennessee, Germany, Texas, Colorado and California.
Tommy graduated from Fayette County High School is 1968 and obtained a BA degree in Business from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he played football for the TN "Vols" from 1968-1972.
He is survived by his wife, Petie Hodge Bennett; sons and daughters-in-law, Drew (Meghan) Bennett, Jake (Alyssa) Bennett, Bryan Bennett; his twin sister, Margaret Bennett Browning (Ronnie); four grandsons, William Bennett, Charlie Bennett, Luca Bennett, Orion Bennett; nieces, Ragan (Erik) Martin, Lauren (Michael) Pardue; great nephew, Chase Martin; great nieces, Avery Martin, Sadie Pardue and Ansley Pardue.
Tomboy was loved by so many and will be so greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 1 PM at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, 606 Newnan Street, Carrollton, Georgia.
