Thomas W Blackwell III

Thomas William Blackwell III, also known as "Butch", was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 11, 1945. He later resided in Manhattan, New York. Butch served in the United States Air Force for four years from the age of 19. He pursued a career in acting, performing in Broadway plays and films under the stage name of "Thommie Blackwell". His notable performances include "Long Day's Journey Into Night", "Short Eyes", and "Personal Problems". Butch attended the Brooklyn Educational School System and received his high school diploma. He was a sports enthusiast, particularly fond of basketball, football, and a dedicated fan of the New York Yankees. Butch was known for his vibrant personality and natural knack for humor. He held his family in high regard and cherished his childhood memories in Philadelphia. Butch is survived by a host of family, friends, and colleagues.
