Thomas William Brennan

Thomas William Brennan, 68, passed away October 12, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Wass) Brennan. He was born in Beverly to the late Thomas J. and Margaret G. (Kerrigan) Brennan.
He graduated from Salem Vocational High School and went on to explore his hand in many different trades. He worked at CPI in Beverly for 40 years as Chief Wastewater Operator and in Plating.
He enjoyed many things throughout his life- spending time with his wife, going up to camp with his brothers, son and nephew, his avid soda drinking, but Firefighting and all things Emergency Management related, were his passions. He was a long time member of FEMA, MEMA and BEMA, a committee member of the Topsfield Fair and was a Mason of 27 years and past Master of Budleigh Lodge A.F. & A.M. in Beverly and Past High Priest of Washington Royal Arch Chapter in Salem.
In addition to his wife Elizabeth, he is survived by two daughters, Jennifer McGovern and her husband James of Gloucester, Laura Brennan and her partner Thomas Cole of Beverly; a son, Thomas Brennan and his wife Lisa of Georgetown; two brothers, Joseph Brennan and his life long partner Patricia Newman of Beverly, Richard Brennan of Beverly; a sister, Patricia Brennan of Littleton; stepchildren, Brian Scarafone of Wakefield and Christina Leary of Nashua; nieces, Melissa Hebert of Littleton, Katie Schweizer of Portland, ME; a nephew, Timothy Brennan of Beverly along with many grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother Timothy Brennan and brother in Law William Wass.
Visiting hours will be held in the Campbell Funeral Home 525 Cabot Street Beverly on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 1:30 to 3pm. Funeral service will follow at 3pm.
