Thomas "Bear" Bryant, 70 of Holly Springs, Arkansas departed this life on January 10, 2026 at his home.

He was born January 6, 1956 in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas to the late Garland and Dorothy Bryant.

Tommy was a hardworking and kind man who had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time outside, as well as watching westerns and observing nature through bird watching. His family and grandchildren meant the world to him, and he treasured every moment shared with them. Tommy dedicated 17 years of service to the White County Road Department, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, and service. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones.

He is survived by his children, Thomas L. Bryant II (Shaunee Beeson), Tiffany Ingle (Chad), Jeremy Bryant (Marcie), Tonya Todd (Mike), Cameron VanWinkle (Nancy), Rochelle Herekamp (Galen), Regina Kuykendall (Mark), and Raymie Cary (Mary), his grandchildren, Hayden, Gracen, Morgan, Micah, Lane, Conley, Brant, Summer, Patience, Landon, Jaimie, Glen, Kara, McKenzie, Azelyn, Payton, Zakary, and Caiden, and many great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Elaine Adams (Glenn), Timmy Bryant (Tina), Kim Cary, and Heather Bryant and a host of extended family members and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, his wife late wife of 36 years, Phyllis Bryant, and years earlier his previous wife, Doris Sharp, mother of Tonya and Jeremy.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob, Arkansas with Brother Dennis Ingle officiating. Visitation will held on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob, Arkansas.

Arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
