Thomas H. Collester, born on January 15, 1932, in Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, in the same city. He lived a life filled with dedication to both his family and his career, which spanned an impressive 35 years as a machine repairman at Chrysler. He was a true sports enthusiast, relishing the thrill of the Indianapolis 500 race, while also being a dedicated fan of baseball and basketball, with a particular fondness for the Indiana Pacers and the IU Hoosiers, especially during the coaching era of Bob Knight.
