Funeral services for Thomas Wayne Comer, 70, of Wills Point, TX, will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time.

Thomas passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15, 2025, surrounded by his family at his home in Bixby, Oklahoma.

Thomas Wayne Comer was born on November 16, 1955, in Paris, Texas, to Joseph Andrew Comer and Norma Dean Gilbert Comer. He married Pamela Gay Crayton on November 24, 1973, at Newman Baptist Church, and together they shared 44 years of marriage before Pamela preceded him in death.

Thomas was employed by the Local 59 as a Journeyman Inside Wireman for over 50 years and was a proud member of Teamsters Local 767. He was known for his strong work ethic, devotion to his family, and the pride he took in providing for those he loved.

Thomas was a BBI (Boy's Baseball Incorporated) coach for 6 years, taking his team to regionals and several state appearances. He also had the privilege and joy of coaching all the of his children for all sports, on and off the court. Thomas was of the Christian faith and believed in the power of prayer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Gay Crayton Comer; his mother and stepfather, Norma Dean Gilbert Lunday and Jim Lunday; and his father and stepmother, Joseph Andrew Comer and Linda Comer.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Holly Comer Malone and husband Brad of Wills Point, and their children, Garret and wife Taylor, Grant and wife McKenna, Grayce, and Gaybrie Malone; his son, Chad Comer and wife Amanda of Forney, and their children, Chandy and Lexy Norrell, Mauree, Hardy, Averit, and Zander Comer; his daughter, Kayce Comer Ridd and husband Johnny of Oklahoma, and their children, Bentley Lewis, Capri, Luci, and John Ridd; his brother, Greg Comer; and his stepbrother, Brad Comer.

Thomas will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
