Thomas P. Concannon

Thomas P. Concannon, passed away peacefully at home on Monday November 3, 2025 at the age of 86.
Tom was born on February 27, 1939 in Brickens, County Mayo, Ireland, the son of the late William & Cecelia (Morley) Concannon. Tom immigrated to the US in 1960 and along with his bothers worked for the family business, Morley's Supermarket on Yonkers Avenue, and later acquired it from their uncle. Tom, along with his brothers ran the business until their retirement. Tom was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church until his passing.
Tom is survived by his sisters, Sr. Mary, Eve Nestor & Della Walsh as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers John, Luke & Willy.

The family will be present on Friday, November 7th, 2025 from 4-8 PM at Ruggiero & Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services- 732 Yonkers Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704 (914) 375-1400 www.FRSWFH.com. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at Saint John the Baptist Church - 670 Yonkers Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704. Following the Mass, Tom will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Avenue- Hawthorne, New York 10532.
