Mr. Thomas Marcel Edwards age 49 of 4417 Antique Lane, Raleigh, NC died Wednesday February 22, 2023. Funeral service will be held Saturday February 25, 2023 12 noon at St. Paul Church of Christ Disciples of Christ. Address: 4406 East Avenue, Ayden, NC 28513 Burial will follow in Ayden Cemetery in Ayden, NC.
Mr. Edwards was born in Pitt County. He graduated from Ayden-Grifton High School in 1992. He received a Master's degree at Queens College in Charottle NC;. He was a computer programmer for Duke Energy.
He is survived by his mother, Eldress Annie Edwards of Ayden, NC; one son, Matthew Edwards of the home; three sisters, Tammie Skyes of Newport News, VA, Melodie Edwards of Ayden, NC and Tia Edwards of Greenville, NC; one god sister, Tyinda Cuttino of Ayden, NC; A host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Friday February 24, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Don Brown Funeral Home. Address: 497 Second Street, Ayden, NC 28513
