Passed away on September 4, 2024 at the age of 75.
Predeceased by his parents, Thomas R. & Helen Fortunato.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Charlene Fortunato; sons, Mark (Molly) Fortunato, & Scott (Erin) Fortunato; grandchildren, Mason, Leo, Cecily, Max, Madison, & Viola; great grandson, Fischer; siblings, Ross (Mary), Bill (Mary Beth), June (George); sisters and brothers-in-law, Debby (Mike), Bryan, Belinda (Andy); Burdie; many nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
After 36 years at Kodak, Tom was very proud of his second career as a personal trainer where he helped people become the best versions of themselves.
Family will receive friends 4-7pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. Inurnment will be held at the convince of the family.
The family would like to thank the caretakers on the SCU floor at St. Ann's Home and the Durand Adult Day Program.
