Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Goins; his grandparents, William and Wanda Jean Goins, Charles Carwile and Gerda Ammons; and his uncle, Kevin Goins. He is survived by his wife, Amber Goins; his son, Zackery Goins; two step sons, Curtis and Wesley O'Banion; his mother, Judy Phiefer; four siblings, Tracy Parker, Troy Dale Dupin, Tammy Nash, and Andrew Goins; his step mother, Cindy Goins; his step brother, Shayne Ross; his special uncle who was more like a brother, Larry Goins; and several aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A public visitation will be held at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
