She is survived by her sons, Billy Ray Goins and wife, Mary Lynn of IL, Michael Goins and wife, Deanna of Rogersville; grandchildren, Skyler Goins, Draven Goins, Jonas Goins, and Wesley Goins; sisters, Lisa Carmack and husband, Rob of Rogersville, Kathy Gott and husband, Gary of Kingsport; brothers, Bob Manis of Kingsport and David Manis of Rogersville; brother-in-law, Taylor Davis; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Highland Cemetery with Pastor Reed officiating. Those who wish to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M.
