Thomas A. Greaser, 77, of Claysburg, passed away Sunday July 13, 2025 at UPMC-Altoona. He was born February 18, 1948 in Quakertown, son of the late Reginald and Annette (Replogle) Greaser. He married Dorothy Ann Weyant on March 20, 1976 in Bedford.
Surviving is his wife, a daughter Jill Anna and husband Daniel MacIntyre Jr. of Alum Bank, a son Shawn R. Leslie of Claysburg, four grandchildren Blake MacIntyre and wife Rachel of Imler, Logan MacIntyre of Alum Bank, Romona Vaughan of Claysburg, and Mason Leslie of Claysburg, and three great grandchildren Emmett Ezekiel, Kasey Walker, and Dawson Keith MacIntyre.
Thomas was a 1966 graduate of Bedford High School. He retired as a truck driver from Wakeman's Trucking Company and previously was employed at Hedstrom and Veeder-Root.
Thomas served as a Hunting and Safety Instructor for the PA Game Commission. He was also a Deputy Game Warden for 12 years and a Fish Warden for 8 years.
He was involved in many outside activities, roller skating, hunting, fishing, boating, archery, and bowling. He enjoyed helping at the Queen Street Fair and was an active member of the community. Tom was known for "lending a hand" or "just because". He enjoyed spending quality time with his grandsons and going to the flea markets on Sunday afternoon.
Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. on Friday July 18, 2025 at the Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday July 19, 2025, at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Corle officiating. Interment at Greenfield Cemetery.
