He is survived by his siblings, Ray (Alice) Hammock, Jane Ann Hammock Pye, and Dennis Hammock; sister-in-law, Gail Hammock; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A graveside service to honor Jeff's life will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025, beginning 1:00 PM at the Locust Grove City Cemetery.
