Thomas Wayne Henley was born on August 30, 1955, the son of the late Joseph Thomas and Claudette Youvone Kirkman Henley.
During his younger years, Thomas attended Sinners Hope Church in Sardis, Tennessee. He also enjoyed deer hunting, spending time with his family, and riding motorcycles, when his health allowed. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Henley worked in production at AquaGlass.
Thomas Wayne Henley departed this life on June 3, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 69 years, 9 months, and 4 days.
He is survived by:
His brother, Jerry Henley and his wife Cindy of Lexington, Tennessee; niece, April Poppenheimer and her husband Brandon of Hernando, Mississippi; great niece, Ella Grace of Hernando, Mississippi; nephew, Adam Henley of Lexington, Tennessee; and great nephew, Ledger Thomas Henley of Lexington, Tennessee.
His brother, Gary Henley and his wife Lisa of Olive Branch, Mississippi; nephews, Garrett Henley and Tucker Henley, both of Olive Branch, Mississippi; niece, Caitlin Kutz and her husband Matt of Collierville, Tennessee; great nephew, Camden Kutz of Collierville, Tennessee; and great niece, Adeline Kutz of Collierville, Tennessee.
His sister, Angie Pipes and her husband Melvin of Savannah, Tennessee; nephews, Timothy Matlock and wife Stephanie of Savannah, Tennessee and Quinton Durbin of Savannah, Tennessee; niece, Natosha Wilkins and fiance' Paul Lynch of Savannah, Tennessee; great nieces, Emma Wood and Abigail Wilkins, both of Savannah, Tennessee; niece, Kristi Snow and her husband Seth of Savannah, Tennessee; great niece, Arianna Heath of Savannah, Tennessee; and great nephew, Wesson Heath of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his sister, Margie Henley; grandmother, Earsie Kirkman; and grandfather, Claud Kirkman.
