Thomas Frederick Hubbard born July 15, 1953, died December 31, 2024.He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sarah Chapman Hubbard; sisters-in-law, Rebecca Chapman Stroth, Deborah Woolum Biggs, and Melissa Lynn Heine. He also leaves behind two nephews, Gregory Chapman Woolum (Deisa Woolum), and Donald Keith Woolum (Heather Woolum); one niece, Margaret (Maggie) Dallimore, Marion Elizabeth Wilson, and two great nephews and five great nieces.
Tom was born in Ann Arbor Michigan to Frederick and Millicent Hubbard in 1953. He is a graduate of Northwestern University. He has lived most of his adult life in Lewis Center, OH with his beloved wife Sarah, of 32 years. Tom had an extended illness which took his life New Year's Eve 2024.
Funeral arrangements are being made by Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson, OH. There will be a graveside service at Fairmont Cemetery at 11:30 AM, Saturday, January 4, 2025. There will be a luncheon served afterwards. Online condolences may be sent to .
Tom was an avid Buckeye fan and a dog lover. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, 1900 Coffey Road, Columbus OH 43210.
