Thomas Hyde Obituary

Thomas "Kevin" Hyde, age 63, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away on January 4, 2026. Kevin was born to Thomas Richard Hyde and Donna Kay (Hawkins) Hyde on July 7, 1962, in Beech Grove, Indiana. Kevin was raised in Greenwood, Indiana and attended Center Grove High School.
He proudly served in the United States Army with the 10th Special Forces Group, earning recognition for his M16 sharpshooting ability. After his military service, he excelled in land sales – he was the Legend and as a top server at one of the oldest fine dining restaurants in Lake Havasu City.
Kevin always held a strong love for his family, often talking to his friends about his mother Donna, father Tom and sisters Ronda and Shelley. He would regularly make trips to visit them for the holidays and on special occasions, returning home rested and relaxed.
Kevin made a lot of friends in Lake Havasu over the years, but he made friends everywhere he went. He loved his Harley and an afternoon siesta in his pool with Aerosmith blaring away, that's how most of his friends remember him. Kevin had a great smile and a slightly sarcastic sense of humor.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his sisters, Shelley D. Hyde and Ronda J. Hyde (Terry Wampler).
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral Home, 7602 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis IN, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a funeral service immediately following. Burial will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 734 Morgantown Road, Greenwood Indiana.
There will be a Celebration of life in Lake Havasu City on a future date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity or any Veterans organization in Kevin's memory.
Kevin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
