Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Greenridge Chapel - GreenfieldThomas L. Junk passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, entering eternal life at the age of 93. Born on November 28, 1932, in Milwaukee, WI, Tom led a life filled with love and devotion to family and God.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Carmella, and was a devoted father to Mary Kay (Joel) Eul, David Junk, and Robert (Sue) Young. He was a proud grandpa to his five grandchildren, Gregory (Michelle) Eul, Jacob Eul, Kristin (Ryan) Guziewicz, Brett Young and Adam Young, along with cherished great-grandchildren Eleanor, Arthur, and Thomas. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Tom drove his own dump truck for 10 years, then transitioned into driving semi for Advance Transportation Company until his retirement. He enjoyed 32 years of retirement, keeping his days full of what he loved. Tom and Carme enjoyed spending time with family and friends, going on trips to Florida, playing bingo every Monday morning, playing sheepshead and cribbage, going out to eat, golfing, and cheering on the Brewers. He was a devout Catholic, and was a frequent volunteer at his parish, Mother of Good Counsel. Tom loved big band music and could often be heard singing his favorite song "Chattanooga Choo Choo". Tom's greatest joy was attending all of his five grandchildren's sporting events and rarely missed a game or match. Tom will be remembered for his generosity, kindness and deep love for his family.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th, from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Faith Community, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, WI 53130.
