Thomas Jefferson Lee

Thomas Jefferson Lee, 91, of Falls Mills, VA, passed away Friday, October 25, 2024 at Carillion New River Valley Medical Center. Born August 4, 1933 in Premier, WV, he was a son of the late Ellis O’Brien Lee and Daisy Hull Lee. He had been a resident of Falls Mills for 46 years and was self-employed. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by six brothers.

 Those left to cherish Thomas’ memory are his wife, Lilly Slusher Lee of the home; son, Rocky Lee and wife, Donna of Falls Mills, VA; daughter, Rhonda Gibson and husband, Timmy of Rocky Gap, VA; brothers, Ellis Lee of Texas, Roy Lee of Abingdon, VA, Irvin Lee of Pineville, WV, and David Lee of NC; sisters, Faye Jones of Coalwood, WV, Pat Joyce of VA, and Alice Fleming of Manassas, VA; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

 Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Irvin Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Lee family.
