Thomas LeRose, 74 of Windsor, MA died Tuesday September 2, 2025 at Bay State Medical Center surrounded by family.

He was born in Pittsfield, MA on November 10, 1950, a son of Gaetano and Margarita Mary (Giannopolo) LeRose. He graduated from Pittsfield High School and served in the Mass National Guard.

Tom worked as a Sergeant fire inspector and was an EMT/HazMat at General Electric Co. for 33 years until his retirement. Earlier, he had worked at JB Paper Co. and then as a manager at Sears in its paint and automotive departments.

He was a communicant of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Tom enjoyed building and riding Bultaco motorcycles and proudly showed them at events, where he won several awards. He also loved riding in his MG sports car with his wife, Ellen. He was an avid biker, competing in two Josh Billings Triathlons. Tom was extremely handy with home improvement and car repairs, completing numerous projects for family and friends. Despite his many talents and accomplishments, Tom was a humble man who found his greatest joy in fishing, working with his hands, and spending time with those he loved.

Survivors include his wife of nearly 51 years, Ellen Elizabeth (Emerson) LeRose whom he married on September 14, 1974, and three daughters, Tanya E. LeRose of Pittsfield, MA, Trisha E. LeRose of South Hadley, MA, and Gina M. LeRose of Granby, MA. He also leaves four grandchildren, Tianna M. LeRose, Marina E. Caputo, Chase M. Clark, and Ella G. Clark; two great-grandchildren, Gianna and Matteo; several nieces and nephews including Abby and Kate; and several cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph LeRose.
