He married Sharlene Kay Graham on June 23, 1983, in Mount Clemens.
Tom grew up in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He lived in the home he bought across the water in Fair Haven with his wife, Sharlene, for 40 years, which he rebuilt with his bare hands, nail by nail, until it became the home he dreamed for his family. Along with his family, Tom loved the water, to fish, his guns, and his Bible. More than that, he loved when he could share his passions with others.
He is survived by his wife, Sharlene, his son, Thomas Jr, and his two daughters, Shannon (Jarad) McKelvey, and Kristina. He was the proudest Papa to his grandchildren Lydia, Levi, Miller, and Sutton.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David Loewer.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 4:00pm in the Jowett Funeral Home - 1634 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron. Minister Shaun Laurain will officiate. Visiting hours will be Thursday, from 1:00pm until time of service at 4:00pm.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
