Thomas Long Obituary
Born April 15, 1950, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Long was the son of the late Albert Francis Long and Florence Leora (Redhead) Long. He was also preceded in death by his wife: Rissa M. Long; and a sister: Hazel Arnold.
Tommy was a Graduate of Fort Hill High School. He enjoyed working on puzzles and watching wrestling. Tommy was always on the move at the nursing home and enjoyed being involved in the activities.
Tommy is survived by his brother: Albert "Skip" Long and friend, Janice Rohr; his sons: Richard Long and wife Tari; and Robert "Bobby" Long; a grandson: Christopher Long; and a special cousin: Barbara Fairman.
Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00P.M.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Randall Larry officiating.
Interment will be in Davis Memorial Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Donna Johnson and husband, Larry for always checking on and helping Tommy over the years.
