He was born May 14, 1960, in Manchester, Connecticut. He was a Navy veteran.
Thomas retired from United Titanium where he was a machinist for many years. He had previously worked as a mechanic on Harley Davidsons and enjoyed helping friends work on their Harley's and loved riding in the countryside. He loved watching NASCAR and the 49ers. Tom enjoyed spending time with his friends, his dogs, his family, and bragging about his grandchildren.
Tom is survived by his wife, Janice (Bigge) Maneggia; mother, Joan Maneggia; sister, Donna Remesch; niece, Amber (Jon) Banker; his sons, Brian (Robyn) Schwarm, Scott (Melissa) Schwarm; eight grandchildren and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Maneggia.
The family will receive friends September 12, 2025, at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 1st St NE, Massillon from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Stark County Humane Society, P. O. Box 7077, Canton, Ohio 44705.
