Raised in Delaware, he carried with him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. He built a full and successful 50-year career as an aerospace engineer at Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and PATS Aircraft, earning the respect of his colleagues through his intelligence and innovation.
He loved good food, old cars, and, most of all, time spent with his family.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Carter (Harry Carter); his children: Dawn Wood; Daniel Munce (Wendy Munce); Shane Munce; Vanessa Vecore (Daniel Vecore); Derek Munce (Genevieve Weist); and Brandon Munce; and his grandchildren, Gage, Bethany, Bryce, Everett, Amelia, and Clara, who brought him endless joy.
He will be remembered for his steady presence, quiet strength, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed.
Funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Pentecostals of Dover, 4462 W. Denneys Road, Dover, Delaware 19904
