6, 1935, in Fond du Lac, the son of Andrew and Lorena (Hientz) Rauls. On, June 7, 1958, he married Mary Wagner at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in the Town of Forest. Thomas worked for Mercury Marine until his retirement in 1995. He volunteered for United States Corps of Engineers. Thomas enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing, and since his retirement has traveled to all 50 states with his wife. Most of all he loved being a father.
He is survived by six children, Kathryn (Raymond) Broennimann of Phoenix, AZ, Michael (Samantha) Rauls of Indianapolis, IN, James (Nicole) Rauls of Massillon, OH, Ken (Billie) Rauls of Berlin, WI, Kim (Don) Percy of Jupiter, FL, and Scott (Teresa) Rauls of Memphis, TN; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Paul Rauls of Tucson, AZ; brother-in-law Charles Wagner of Tucson, AZ; sister-in-law, Joan Rauls of Fond du Lac; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Lorena; wife, Mary; daughter, Dorothy Rauls; father and mother-in-law, Norman and Luella; sister, Carol Kemnitz; brother, Richard Rauls; and two sisters-in-law, Lorraine Wagner and Lois (Frank) Krug
The visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Military Honors will follow the service. Cremation has taken place and burial will be held in Forest Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Winnebago Lutheran Academy in Thomas’ name.
