He is survived by his parents Thomas and Marcia Rice, by his siblings Cheri Parish, Sheila Alvey, Darlene Rice, Philip Rice, Esther Swartz, Deborah O'neill, Kathy Loman, Christine Crowther Rice, Jonathan Rice and Joshua Rice. He is also survived by his beloved daughters Cody McGallagher, Brooke Rice, and Aniah Rice, his son in law Shaun McGallgher and his most beloved grandchildren Kieran and Finnegan McGallagher. Tom is also survived by a multitude of nieces, nephews, and cousins, that he loved so dearly and a host of innumerable friends.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Melvin and Pauline Rice, and his maternal grandparents Ophir and Velma Ballard.
In lieu of flowers and cards we would ask for donation to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to Pathways Hospices.
