Thomas Lee Roach, 74, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton. Tom was born on April 5, 1951, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, to Louis and Florence Roach. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gary Roach.
Tom was employed for 35 years with the Water and Light Commission in Wisconsin Rapids. Tom was a hard worker with a strong work ethic. Upon retirement, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, gardening, exploring nature, and working on yard and home projects.
He is survived by his children, Mike (Laura) Roach of Appleton and Melissa (Tom) Bohn of Freedom; grandchildren Brenen and William; sister Linda Tessar of Woodbury, Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
