Barbara Lynn Lake (Vallard), 84 years young, after a long struggle with cancer, has gone to be with her Lord on November 17, 2025. She lived in Menasha, WI. Barb was the oldest daughter of Monica F. and Clarence J. Vallard. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Larry Vallard and grandson Christopher Mickle.
Barb was a homemaker and had many jobs throughout her life. Wherever she went and whatever she did people enjoyed her smile and dedication. She was devoted to her family and friends. She was a problem solver who often accepted “unwanted” jobs both around the house and at work.
She is survived by four beautiful daughters: Arlene Malotky, Diane Reinert, Cheryl (Theodore) Mickle, Rella (Patrick) Tobin; a handsome son Jacob Metko; 13 grandkids and many great grandkids. In addition, she is survived by her sister Ellen Schmitz as well as many nieces and nephews. She loved and was loved so very much.
