A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Leslie Sizemore and Harold Harris. Visitation is scheduled for 5 pm on Monday. Thomas will be laid to rest in the Scott Cemetery in East Bernstadt, Kentucky.
