He was born on October 11, 1961 in Louisville, KY to Thomas and Carol Bridges Spackman. Tom married Christina Spackman on November 7, 2021.
He graduated from Washington High School, Class of 1979.
Tom is survived by his wife Christina Spackman, Mesa, AZ; daughter Emily Crumb, Phoenix, AZ; father Thomas E. Spackman, Newbury Park, CA; sister Linda (Darryl) Heller, Newbury Park, CA.
He was preceded in death by his mother Carol Bridges Spackman, M.D.

Tom was a wonderful mentor, teacher and understanding when you needed a good vent session that always ended up in laughter. You will surely be missed! May the roar of your engines carry on!
