Thomas Kevin Streelman

It is in great sadness that we announce that Thomas Kevin Streelman, 72, of Greenville, SC, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025.
Born in Ridgewood, NJ, Kevin was the son of the late Thomas Streelman and Marion Meeter Streelman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jo-ann Schanzenbach.
Following graduating from Montclair State College, where he was a beloved brother of Alpha Phi Omega (APO), he received an APICS CPIM certification among several other accomplishments during his life long career in Supply Chain Management. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He most of all cherished spending time with his grandchildren, of whom he was very proud. Kevin also loved sports (especially NASCAR racing), traveling, spending time outdoors at the beach or poolside with his friends, and had a great love for animals. He enjoyed visiting places of great history and beauty and had dreams of one day seeing Mt. Rushmore! Kevin had a louder than life personality that will be sincerely missed by all.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Janice Streelman; daughter, Laura Streelman; son, Keith Streelman (Kelley); his four grandchildren, Brianna Streelman, Aiden Streelman, Paisley Streelman and Kinsley Streelman: and brother-in-law, Tim Schanzenbach.
Services will be private; however, a Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Overture Greenville, 52 Market Point Dr, Greenville, SC 29607.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
