Thomas (Tom) James Jerzak age 62, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Rochester, NY on January 18, 2026. Tom was born June 24, 1963 to James and Beverly (Stevely) Jerzak. He was a 1981 graduate of Eastridge High School and a 1985 graduate of SUNY Fredonia. After graduation, he went on to pursue a career in sales, to which he dedicated himself for over 30 years.

A loving husband to Cindy (Garvelli), Tom was a pillar of strength and support for his family. Together they raised two children, Nicholas and Nicole. He was a devoted father, always there to offer guidance, love, and a hearty laugh. He cherished family gatherings, and his presence at holidays and celebrations brought warmth and joy to those around him.

Tom is predeceased by his father, James. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; his children, Nicholas and Nicole; his sister, Theresa (Dan) Thiele; his mother, Beverly; his father-in-law, Ralph (late Dolly) Garvelli; his brother-in-law, Mark (Jody) Garvelli; nephews Joe (Haley), Jacob (Kelsey), and Justin Garvelli; nieces Danielle Thiele and Samantha (Isaiah) Jenks; great-nieces Kinsley and Karter Garvelli, and Harper Jenks; his special Aunt JoAnn; and many cousins and friends.

Tom truly lived life to the fullest. He had many passions: summers at the Thousand Islands, boating, snowmobiling, RC hobbies, NASCAR, and music—all of which he enjoyed sharing with his family and friends.

A memorial mass for Tom will be held at St. Katharine Drexel Parish at St. Patrick Church (52 W Main St, Macedon, NY) on Feb 13 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a private gathering for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
