Thomas "Pops" Levan Trull

Thomas "Pops" Levan Trull, 80, passed peacefully into the arms of his Savior at 12:20 p.m. on August 7, 2025, at Baptist Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in Waynesboro, Mississippi, on November 14, 1944, Thomas grew up with a strong work ethic, a love for the outdoors, and an easy laugh that could make anyone feel welcome. In time, he made his way to Pensacola, Florida, where fate brought him to the love of his life, Patricia. Together they built a home full of warmth, faith, and family, a place where everyone knew they'd find a good story, a hot meal, and a seat at the table.

For 35 years, Thomas worked at Air Products, where his dedication, steady hands, and genuine kindness left a mark on every coworker and friend. Outside of work, he poured his time and heart into the things he loved most, hunting, fishing, volunteering with his church, tinkering with hot rods, and being with the people who mattered most to him. If you knew Thomas, you knew his family was his pride and joy.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia Trull; his beloved grandson, Jordan Trull; his brother, Wayne Trull; his brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Laura Trull; and his sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Bob McClendon.

Thomas' faith was a guiding light in his life, with Psalm 23 holding a special place in his heart. He lived those words-walking through life with courage, kindness, and a steadfast belief that goodness and mercy would follow him all his days.

Thomas "Pops" Trull will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the way he made others feel-seen, valued, and loved. His legacy will carry on in every sunrise over the water, every family gathering, and every act of kindness done in his memory.

A funeral service for Thomas Trull will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Pace Chapel, 4777 West Spencer Field Rd, Pace, Florida 32570, with visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. and service at 1:00-2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Elizabeth Chapel.
