Thomas Sylvester Watson

On September 10, 2022, Thomas Sylvester Watson affectionally known as "Tommy" or "Tool Belt Tom" departed this life home in Wilmington, DE at 57 years old. He was born to Patricia and the late James Watson Sr., the youngest of six siblings. They all had a remarkable relationship.
Thomas attended William Penn High School Class of 1983. Thomas enjoyed his youth and believed in going after whatever it was he put his mind or hands to do. He worked for Domino's Pizza, recognized as employee of the year, Lowe's Home Improvement, Nanticoke Homes/Journeyman, and always known to do side work helping people from all walks of life, giving back to the community in whatever way he could. "Tool Belt Tom" was given this nickname because he loved working on cars/things, cooking, sharing his artistic work, fishing, and he could be found blasting music, singing, or dancing.
Thomas married the love of his life Helena Dorman, on December 21, 1999. They shared many years of love and friendship.
Thomas was proceeded in death by his father James E. Watson, Sr, father & mother in law Saint Anna Mae Michael, brother in law Lamar E. Dorman, great aunt Melinda Polk, aunt Laurtricia Brown "Patsy", special aunt Marguerite V. White, and nephew Omar Dorman.
Thomas is lovingly remembered by his mother, Patricia L. Watson of Wilmington, DE; wife of 23 years, Helena M. Watson of Seaford, DE; one son Aronda Hoxter of Wilmington, DE; three step-children Terrez L. Dorman of Laurel, DE, Alfred L. Cannon "Ike" of Dover, DE, and Howard R. Dorman of Seaford, DE; four sisters, Sophie Brown Dover, DE, Joletta Watson of Newark, DE, Jeanette Watson of New Castle, DE, and Patricia Person of Magnolia, DE; two brothers, James E. Watson Jr. of Felton, DE, and Vaughn E. Watson of New Castle, DE; three brother in laws, James Dorman (Jennifer) of Seaford, DE, Sylvester Dorman of Laurel, DE, Wilson Dorman of Virginia, VA, two sister in laws, Ann Dorman of Newark, DE, Lisa Perk of Seaford, DE; Two uncles, five aunts, grandchildren, three granddaughters, five grandsons, and two great-grandson, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
