Thomas Wegrzyn Obituary
Thomas John Wegrzyn, age 79, of Oxford, CT, passed away January 18, 2026. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Thomas and Muriel Wegrzyn.
He is survived by his beloved wife Elizabeth (Figerle) Wegrzyn, his daughter Deborah Wegrzyn, his son Christopher Wegrzyn and his wife Tiziana Covacci, his granddaughter Giovanna Wegrzyn, his sister Muriel Young and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter Jennifer Wegrzyn and his sisters Joanne Sobota and Connie Taylor.
Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral service on Thursday, January 22, at 11:30 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, CT. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Smilow Cancer Center at Yale New Haven, 35 Park St., New Haven, CT 06519.
