Thomas G. Wilcox

Thomas G. Wilcox, 63, of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on October 31, 2025. He was born on March 13, 1962, in East St. Louis, Illinois, to Kenneth and Joan Wilcox.
Tom proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1985. Following his military service, he built a long and respected career as a heavy equipment operator, known for his exceptional skill as a craftsman and fabricator. Tom was admired for his unwavering work ethic and willingness to lend a hand to anyone who needed help.
A devoted husband and father, Tom found his greatest joy in his family. He shared his love of hockey by coaching his sons, and he treasured time spent fishing and surfing with them. Whether on the job site or by the water, Tom's kindness, dedication, and strength left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.
Tom is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his son, Thomas Jr. Wilcox and TJ's wife, Margaret Mcquiston; and his son Nathan Wilcox, and Nathan's wife, Hannah Kalb. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Emma and Everett. In addition, he is survived by his siblings Kenneth, Gary, Dinna, Anthony, and Angie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Joan Wilcox, and his sister, Marilyn (Wilcox) Gibbons.
