William Charles Wheelehan, Jr., age 67, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on October 10, 2025. He was born on November 27, 1957, in St. Louis, Missouri, to William Charles Wheelehan, Sr. and Dolores M. Griffin, who preceded him in death. He shared his life with his devoted wife, Connie Jo Wheelehan, and was a proud father to Teresa Wheelehan, Micheal Wheelehan, William (Billy) Wheelehan III, Anthony Wheelehan, Jonathon Wheelehan, Spencer Wheelehan, Tori Wheelehan, and Casey Wheelehan. He was preceded in death by his beloved son Curtis Wheelehan. William is survived by his siblings Phil Wheelehan, Sandra Schmidt, and Debra Wheelehan, and was preceded in death by his brother Terry Wheelehan. He was also blessed with countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly. His family was his greatest joy, and his love, laughter, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew him. William worked as an Account Executive for The Alpine Group, a company that was much more than just a workplace to him. The Alpine Group was an important part of his life-an extension of his family-and he took great pride in the relationships he built there. His dedication, integrity, and sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Music was always at the heart of William's life. He more than just enjoyed playing his guitars-there was always a song in his soul. In his final months, he embraced the simple beauty of life, spending his days camping and fishing, living out his dream with gratitude and grace. William will be remembered for his music, his laughter, and the kindness he shared so freely. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him. "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me." - Psalm 23:4 To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of William, please visit our floral store.
