Thomas W. “Tom” Young, age 75, of Celina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at his home. He was born on November 10, 1950, in Redkey, Indiana, to the late Edgar “Ed” and Mary E. (Shultz) Young. On June 20, 2015, he married Vicky (Black) Young, who survives at their residence in Celina.
He is also survived by his daughter, Amy Young of Florida; his sister, Becky Ray of Celina; two brothers, Randy (Penny) Young of Dunkirk, Indiana, and Jeff (Roxane) Young of Middletown, Ohio; and several grandchildren.
Tom was preceded in death by his son, Andrew Young; and two brothers, Craig and Ben Young.
He was a 1968 graduate of Jay County High School. Tom worked a variety of jobs throughout his life before retiring several years ago. He had a love for dancing, enjoyed visiting the Gulf of Mexico, and truly embraced life. Most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
