Thuy Linh Gustin

Thuy, age 31, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. She was a resident of Springfield, LA. Thuy was a spectacular woman. When she walked into a room, she literally made heads turn and she dazzled everyone with her beauty, kindness, and friendly personality. Thuy never met a stranger and anyone that had the pleasure of meeting her never forgot her. She enjoyed travelling, going to Pelican and Saints games, and concerts. If she could find a reason to dress up, she would go. Above everything, Thuy adored her children. She never missed an opportunity to take them places and spent every second making memories with them. Thuy was known for her genuine compassion and left a huge impact on everyone she met. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher Gustin; daughter, Grace Sollie; son, Henri Gustin; sisters, Xena Aguirre, Brenda Aguirre (David May); mother, Jeannie Aguirre (Gene Long); father, Cong Le; brothers, Thomas Aguirre, Thanh Le, and Quang Anh Magrette; and countless friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home at 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70403 on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service and interment will be held privately for the family.
